I have a website about 3 months ago found by google, i made link exchanges and submitted to directories also i made content , now i have PR=0 does it means too much …. ?
Do anyone can get pr 3 or 4 for this period?

    This takes time and some might suggest luck.

    How much time exactly? No one would be able to tell you that as it depends on when Google do their updates and return to your site to crawl it.

    Link exchanges with sites of a higher PR than yours help though although just dont expect to see instant results.

    PR4 – no. You’ll have to link to pages with PR higher then yours and they link to you to get some PR at all. More links and back links + visitors = higher pagerank
